“Rachel is a patient and detailed instructor. I’d never taken any self-defense classes before working with Rachel, but she taught me how to think, how to move, and what to look out for. It’s been amazing studying with Rachel these last few months, and I look forward to continuing my self-defense education with her. Highly recommended!”
